REFUND POLICY

New Horizon Custom Blinds does not offer refunds on ANY of our products as they are "made to measure" to fit your home and preferences. 

WARRANTY

New Horizon Custom Blinds offers a 3-day warranty on most products, this warranty specifically covers  a one-time replacement of the purchased product, free of charge. ( This warranty is for any defects, damages, or faulty product upon inspection post installation.)      

In order to utilize this warranty you must send a picture or video of the faulty product with a detailed description.

(If you have purchased any motorized blinds a video will be required along with the detailed description.)      

 New Horizon Custom Blinds does offer a 5-year warranty on the fabric and mounts of our blinds, this warranty covers only fabric-related defects or mount-related defects. This does not include wear and tear.
